User Accounts

Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly ($4.99) or annually ($39.99) through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

Advertising

Prohibited Uses

• Scraping, harvesting, or automated collection of data from this site
• Using records for harassment, intimidation, threats, or blackmail
• Using records for FCRA-regulated purposes (employment, credit, insurance, tenant screening)
• Misrepresenting yourself or your affiliation when using this service
• Sharing records to shame, bully, or humiliate individuals
• Using this service for any unlawful purpose

Anti-Harassment Policy

CuffSnap has zero tolerance for harassment. Using arrest records to harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate any person is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent ban from the platform and referral to law enforcement.

If you believe someone is using CuffSnap records to harass you, report it immediately.
